What to do if your listing didn't get any bids.
If this was the first listing of your item, you may re-list it once more for free. If it sells this time, the listing fee for the second listing will be refunded to you as long as the following apply:
Your auction is not a Dutch Auction (Multiple Item Auction).
You didn't receive any bids on your item.
It is within 30 days of your first auction's closing date.
Reserve Price Auctions only: You didn't get any bids that met or exceeded your reserve price. If you choose to have another Reserve Price Auction, you must re-list using the same or lower reserve price. Remember that only the Auction Listing Fee is refunded to you, not the separate Reserve Price Auction Fee.
If you're ready to re-list your item, go to your ended auction page and click the "Re-list this item" near the bottom of the page.
eCraftVillage will refund the portion of your fee that was calculated based on the final sale price of the item in the event of a non-paying bidder. Non-Paying bidders face the following consequences through this program:
First offense: warning
Second offense: warning and 30 day suspension
Third offense: indefinite suspension
The seller and buyer should contact each other via email after the auction has ended. There may be legitimate reasons, such as emergencies or computer problems, where the other party may not be able to respond to you right away so be patient, but try to contact each other as soon as possible.
File a Non-Paying Bidder Form after 10 days or more of your auction's close, if you have been unable to get a response or if you feel you will not receive payment. Keep in mind that in order to collect your Final Value Fee credit, you must complete a Non-Paying Bidder Form within 45 days of the end of your auction.
Try to work things out with your bidder during the next 10 days after you file a Non-Paying Bidder Form. Once you submit the form, eCraftVillage will send an email to both the seller and the high bidder. Your high bidder will be reminded to pay you and informed of the consequences if no payment is sent.
Request your Final Value Fee credit if you've filed a Non-Paying Bidder Form 10 days or more after your auction has ended and tried unsuccessfully to resolve things with your bidder for 10 days after you've filed the Non-Paying Bidder Form above. To submit your credit request, use eCraftVillage's Final Value Fee Credit Request Form within 60 days after the end of your auction. Your refund will be credited to your account within 48 hours.
